EMI Shielding Materials
We imported materials directly from Korea to provide EMI products to our customers. For example: Shield Foam Gasket. Conductive tape, Conductive Cushion, Conductive Fabrics and Finger Strip Gasket etc…

Products are produced in good fit and in different sharps according to the needs of customers. The light weight and flexibility of EMI products made it easily use on variety of applications, from mobile phone to computer. All of EMI products are fulfill the UL94VTM.

Shield Foam Gasket
Shield Foam Gasket is made of Polyurethane Foam and conductive fabric. It shows good shielding effectiveness with excellent flexibility, restoration. It is easy to attach with pressure sensitive adhesive. The gasket is coated by Thermal Adhesive and Flame Retardant Thermal Adhesive. The flame retardant coating is in level of UL94VTM-1 and VTM-0.

Application : PDP, LCD monitor, OA equipment, cell phone, computer, wireless instrument, medical instrument and other electronic appliances.

Conductive Tapes
It is composed of conductive fabric and adhesive. The adhesive is both conductive and non-conductive. There are different types of tapes. For example, foil tape has anti-corrosion coating and the flame retardant products are in the level of UL94VTM-1 and VTM-0. The shapes of the tape can be decided by customer according to their various application.

Conductive Cushion
New developed EMI LCD cushion uses various materials applied to foam and coated with Copper/Nickel/Silver. Product can be cut into different shapes and easily to install between instruments. It not only works as shock absorbent, but also shows good shielding effect.

Conductive Fabrics
There are several kinds of conductive fabrics such as woven fabrics, rip-stop fabric, and mesh fabrics. They are all in excellent shielding effect, good conductivity and anti-corrosion. Normally, it uses to produce conductive gaskets and tapes. Thermal adhesive or flame Retardant thermal adhesive in level of UL94VTM-1 and VTM-0 is coated on products.

Finger Strip Gasket
Finger Strip Gasket made of metal. It stands well against high temperature; it also does not absorb moisture and applicable in any climate environment. It shows excellent durability and heat conductivity.
